1. Introduction

2. Services Provided

We offer full-service social media management and a digital marketing course (the "Services"). The specific scope of work will be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of any service.

3. Payments

All payments will be processed through Stripe. Clients agree to make payments as outlined in their contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in service interruption or termination. Any dispute over payments must be addressed within 30 days of the invoice date.

4. Refund Policy

Social Media Management:No refunds are provided for services rendered. Digital Course Refund Policy:You may cancel up to 5 days before the course start date to receive a full refund.Cancellations made within 5 days of the course start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after the course begins.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement, with or without cause, by providing at least 30 days' written notice to the other party. Please note that cancellations will not take effect until at least 45 days have passed following any content production day. This ensures sufficient time for the completion and delivery of all contracted deliverables, including filming and editing services.

The purpose of this clause is to protect the work already completed while allowing time for post-production. Both parties agree to maintain open communication to address any concerns that may arise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by www.saraswikard.com, "Sara Swikard",, including but not limited to photos, videos, and written materials, remains the intellectual property of www.saraswikard.com, "Sara Swikard", unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, www.saraswikard.com, "Sara Swikard", shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
